15 Fraser is listed as a property of historical significance in the City of Toronto’s Heritage Registry. The building was designed by prominent Toronto architect Frederick Henry Herbert and constructed in 1908-1909. While no numbering system is evident in the 1910 street directory, the Expanded Metal & Fire-proofing Co. and Canada Metal Co. are listed on the East side of Fraser Ave. By 1920, a numbering system is evident, and
Canada Metal is again listed along with E.W. Gillett Co., Canada Foils Ltd. and W.G. Harris Metals. In directories between 1955 and 1998 , the Warren K. Cook Clothing Company is listed at 15 Fraser. In 1998, Ideal Maintenance Ltd. is registered. When York Heritage and Adgar acquired the property in 2014, the site was the location of film Industrial.
